At Sarahr Creative, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our presentation and graphic template products. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Exceptions:

• If you experience a technical issue with downloading or accessing your purchased product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@sarahrcreative.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly or provide a replacement file if necessary.
• Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion, if the product is defective or not as described. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with detailed information about the issue.
